I have had the privilege of being a part of and attending this recovery centre for the past 6-7 years, even before they launched the Tullamarine branch and I can honestly say that it was a life-changing experience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by a team of caring and supportive staff who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful and serene, with peaceful surroundings that promote a sense of calm and well-being.
The services and therapies offered at this centre are top-notch. One would be impressed by the range of services available, including individual therapy, chiropractic, podiatrist, cryo chamber and cryo penguin which are my personal favourite, infrared sauna, altitude training room, floating pod and much more. Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me achieve my recovery goals.
But what really stood out to me about this center was the sense of community that permeates throughout. I met other clients who were on their own recovery journeys, and we supported each other through the ups and downs. Dr. Albert Huynh and Tony xenon have been a pillar of my rehab and recovery since day one and have helped me stay on track to achieve my goals.
Overall, I cannot recommend this recovery center enough. If you or a loved one is struggling with an injury or even mental health issues, this is the place to be. The care and support you'll receive here are truly exceptional, and you'll leave feeling stronger, healthier, and more empowered than ever before. Five stars, all the way!
Had my first ever therapeutic massage/treatment and it could not have been a better experience. John was professional, knowledgeable & extremely thorough whilst remaining extremely warm & personable. Can't wait to return and have already recommended the business to anyone who will listen.
Sauna experience is amazing, I love coming here for recovery. Yet to try out any of their other services, I will be sure to return ☺️

I had back pain for a couple of weeks. It got worse as time went on. I did remedial massage and went to see a GP but nothing changed l was still in pain. I couldn’t do all the things l needed or wanted to do😭.
A friend recommended this place to me and l booked in for a 30 mins myotherapy session with Josh and that was life changing! I went to work the same day and l felt like l had a new back 😁. I can do all the things l had stopped doing as well 😄. I highly recommend!
